Cancellation Policy
At any time, either party may cancel an account for any reason. The account holder must request cancellation in writing by completing the cancellation form or by sending written notice to 5105 Hwy 33 Farmingdale, NJ 07727 including account holder details such as name and email address. Cancellation will be completed the following business day from date of receipt. Amounts paid are not refundable.
Credit Card Failed Transactions
Any credit card transaction failure will result in immediate suspension of an account. However, this will not result in automatic cancellation of the account. We maintain all accounts and related data for a period of 120 days and you will remain responsible for the monthly charge during that period. Charges will no longer accrue after 120 days and the account will be cancelled. You will be responsible for the accrued charges. Charges will no longer accrue once a cancellation request has been received. We reserve the right to submit deliquent accounts to a collection agency if they are not paid within 120 days.
If for any reason your credit transaction fails, you will receive notice via email to the account holder's email address. Also, a support ticket will be issued containing the details of said transaction.
Deletion of Account Data
After your account is cancelled, we reserve the right to delete all data related to your account. This means that we will not be able provide you with your subscriber list or any other related data after cancellation. Be sure to export and save all data to a media local to you (hard drive, flash media, etc) that you wish to retain after the cancellation of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement or the Services, disable your account or put your account on inactive status, in each case at any time with or without cause, and with or without notice. We shall have no liability to you or any third party because of such termination or action.
