In this step, you will prepare your campaign for sending.  This step is broken into two phases: recipient selection and scheduling.

1. Recipient Selection
   If you have already created at least 1 mailing list, you can select a list to send to from the selection box.  If you haven't yet created a list, you can either upload a file in the specified format, or type or paste a list of e-mail addresses into the text box.  These new e-mail addresses will be added to a new list, for which you must provide a name.
   
2. Scheduling
   You can either send your mailer immediately, or schedule it to be sent at any time up to 1 year in the future.
