| They sure will. We maintain relationships with many ISPs to ensure that your emails are delivered quickly and efficiently. Specific to AOL, we even receive reports of when your email is reported as spam and remove those unwanted subscribers from your active list automatically. |

| How do you handle returned and bounced emails? |
| Any email that is found to be undeliverable is logged in our system. We then remove the subscriber from any active mailing lists to avoid future deliveries. However, we don't delete those subscribers from your account. Rather, we indicate them as "inactive" in your account so you may deal with them as needed. |

| How long does it take to deliver my emails? |
| Email campaigns are scheduled for delivery on a first come, first serve basis. Our system can deliver many emails very quickly, so the wait is never long. Once the emails are delivered, they usually arrive in the recipient email box within seconds. |

| "Spam" is the term used to describe emails that are sent without the explicit permission of the recipients and without the ability of the recipient to deny further mailings. For more information about spam, check out our Anti-Spam Policy. |

| Web-based email systems make communication easy and efficient. You are always connected and open for business. New subscribers can sign-up any time, day or night. You can schedule mailings to go out exactly when you want and you can access your account at any time from any browser on any computer. |

| How will I be billed? |
| Our billing system works to your advantage. Rather than billing you at the start of each month for more emails than you may actually send, we charge you a very low access fee. Then, when you send out your emails, we bill you only for the emails that you send. We charge your account the amount due when your bill reaches $50 USD or at the end of your monthly billing period, whichever comes first. When you send out a lot of emails, you start saving a lot of money. You'll notice that our cost per email is lower based on how many emails you send out. We calculate your cost based on how many emails you send in 30 days. The more you send, the more you save. You can begin saving on bulk emails right away. Instead of waiting to build-up email volume, you can pre-purchase credits towards each mailing. This way, you pay the per-credit costs and reap the saving now. Your credits don't expire and they are used automatically with each mailing. |
